Michele R. Rhoe, MPAS, PA-C received her Masters of Physician Assistant Sciences from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania in 2012, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She has been Board-Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2012. She entered the field of dermatology at Keystone Dermatology & Center for Skin Surgery immediately after passing the exam; thereafter she joined Virginia Dermatology and Skin Surgery Center in March of 2015. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Michele has a wide variety of clinical experience, including pediatrics, general surgery, emergency medicine, OB/GYN, family practice, internal medicine, and behavioral medicine. Her wide array of experience has provided her a well-rounded background to provide excellent patient care. She is well-qualified to perform a wide range of dermatological procedures, including full skin checks, the application of liquid nitrogen, shave and punch biopsies, electrodessication and curretage for appropriate biopsy-proven skin cancers, and laser therapy.
